Frequently asked questions
- What happens when I reach 20 patients on Free?
- You keep full access to your existing patients, appointments and records. You just can't add a 21st patient until you upgrade to Pro.
- Is there a trial?
- Yes. Every account starts on Free and can claim one 30-day trial of Pro or Clinic, no card required, from Settings → Subscription. When it ends you switch back to Free automatically — nothing is deleted.
- How do I pay?
- By CIB or Edahabia card through Chargily Pay's secure checkout, or by bank transfer / CCP using the reference we give you.
- Does it renew automatically?
- No. Plans are prepaid. We remind you 7 and 3 days before the end, and you keep full access for a 7-day grace period after the period ends.
- Can I upgrade mid-period?
- Yes, instantly. The unused days of your current plan are converted into extra days on the new plan.
- What does Clinic include?
- Everything in Pro plus your organization: up to 5 practitioners, unlimited receptionists and assistants, shared patients and booking on behalf of doctors. Larger clinics: contact us.
