Delete your SafiDoctor Pro account

In the app (iPhone, iPad and Android)

1. 1Open SafiDoctor Pro and sign in.
2. 2Go to Settings > Profile and tap “Delete my SafiDoctor data”.
3. 3Confirm that it is you (your password, or a code we e-mail you). Read what will be deleted and what will be kept, type your account’s e-mail address and confirm.
4. 4The app then asks “Also delete your SafiDoctor login?”. Tap “Delete my login” to delete your account completely: your e-mail address, password and phone numbers. If you signed in with Apple, we also revoke the Sign in with Apple link.

Reception staff, nurses and assistants first leave their organization, then choose whether to delete their login too.

Without the app

On the web

1. 1Sign in at https://app.safidoctor.com.
2. 2Open the account menu (your initials), choose “Personal Details”, then click “Delete my SafiDoctor data” at the bottom of the page.
3. 3Read what will be deleted and what will be kept, tick the box to confirm that you understand, type your account’s e-mail address and click “Permanently delete my SafiDoctor data”. Then confirm that it is you (your password, or a code we e-mail you): the data is deleted and you are signed out.

Reception staff, nurses and assistants: open “Organization”, then click “Leave organization”.

The web version keeps your login. To delete it too, use SafiDoctor Pro (step 4 above) or write to us.

By e-mail

Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address of your account, with the subject “Delete my SafiDoctor account”. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply as promptly as possible, and we delete your account once we have confirmed that the request is yours.

What is deleted

• Your profile: personal and professional details, photos, documents, diplomas and experience.
• Your schedule, availability and visit types; your upcoming appointments (they are cancelled).
• If you do not belong to an organization: the patients you created without a SafiDoctor account (walk-ins), with their prescriptions, treatment plans and payments; your private medication catalog and prescribing preferences.
• Your organization membership, collaborators and coverage arrangements; your subscription (it is cancelled) and all sessions; the notification registrations of your phones.
• If you delete your login: your e-mail address, password and phone numbers.

What is kept, and why

• Prescriptions and records of patients who have their own SafiDoctor account stay with those patients.
• If you were a member of an organization, your name stays on the organization’s past appointments and records, and the patients you registered in the organization and your private medication catalog stay in its records.
• Your login stays until you delete it, in SafiDoctor Pro (step 4 above) or by e-mail: it is shared with the patient side of safidoctor.com.
• Where the law requires it or for security, some data is kept: accounting and billing records, for as long as the law requires; security logs, for a limited period; encrypted backups, until they are overwritten. See the privacy policy.

Organization owners

If your account owns an organization, it cannot be deleted from the app or on the web yet. Write to [email protected]: we will agree with you what happens to the organization, its members and its data, then delete your account.

Subscription

Deleting your data cancels your SafiDoctor subscription.
